[2020] Topics disappearing? - Cargo harbor road to one way, how?

Are you perhaps looking for this one and this one? They are in the Workshop Discussions section, which is the appropriate place. If you didn't post there, then they were likely moved there by mods.

And to make it even more confusing, clicking the "Discussions" at the top takes you to General Discussions, while clicking the "Discussions" on the workshop front page takes you to the "Workshop" discussions, but totally doesn't have that shown at the top. I STILL get lost in the Workshop one from time to time and I've been here daily for 5 years. I swear Steam does this just to mess with us. :P
