That's an outside connection arrow, did it just appear in the middle of the map by themselves?
Because it's a plane connection you can't delete it w move it like other connections. If you have:

you can probably remove the connection, but it might be a glitch relating to the buildings. If MNS doesn't work try removing the buildings you have nearby.
