[2020] Can't boot up the game. crashes on launch

Sounds like you are having problems with the launcher. Does it appear for you at all? In any case, please try the steps in this thread if you haven't already.

If that doesn't help, please follow the instructions at the bottom to contact support, so they can help get you back into the game and log any bugs that might need fixing. :)

It does not appear at all. I noticed now that I haven't even had the launcher. Installed the launcher separately but it still doesn't work, it gives me general errors

Did the steps in the thread help or is it still the same after trying those?
