Scenario 1: A clanmate shares his account with a friend, gets permanently banned. (According to him, he never bought illegal gems.)

Scenario 2: Leadership is temporarily passed off in the #1 clan in North America - PRIME ELITES. The temporary leader (who was leader for TWO DAYS) gets upset and decides to shut down three years of work that got us to #1. We pleaded our case to Supercell, and their response is essentially "not our problem".

We just want our clan back. The standards that determine what gets an account banned doesn't make any sense. How is it, if someone quits the game and gifts their account to another player, or shares their account with a friend, they get banned? Yet, you can tear down 3 years of work and displace 50 long-time, loyal players and Supercell just shrugs their shoulders. The guy that destroyed our work will not be reasoned with. Supercell - please help! We just want to go home...

hey u/Master2Bs.

i'm really sorry to hear about this, and i can understand your frustration.

i know this is not what you want to hear, but we can't take any action in this case. we do not have the full story, and it becomes tricky to get involved in situations where there is more hearsay than actual evidence.

i'm not saying that anyone involved is not telling the truth, but when we make decisions to do with player accounts, they have to always be based on data.

if we remove this leader and it turns out that they were 'in the right' all along, that isn't fair on them.

this most definitely isn't us saying that we don't care, or it's not our problem. it's just that unless we have some solid data that a user here was breaking our Terms of Service we have to assume that the person with the responsibility (the previous clan leader, and the newly appointed clan leader) did everything willingly and in the best interests of their clan.

as our player support agent stated, we don't get involved in 'clan politics' like this because things get very personal and we rarely hear the full story.

again, i'm really sorry that this happened to your clan, but my advice would be to reach out to CBeitia directly (i'm assuming the PRIME ELITES have their own discord/LINE that you are still a part of?) and try to sort things out amicably.

i hope it goes well for you and works out.
