Hey CR. Seems like a cool update. Except for one big glaring problem: Draft Chest.

I'm pretty sure your claim of 2x rewards only applies to players reaching 7k+, which the vast majority do not and will not. Even then, only with the final King's Chest is it close to being comparable, and that is with taking into account some arbitrary value for trade tokens that you've invented, which does not maintain the same relative value across players - and in fact does not actually add to your card pool at all, unless you are spending gold to trade max cards out.
I hate to say this, but I can already tell you that as someone who regularly laddered until 5200+ trophies for the draft chest, you have literally de-incentivized me to playing into the higher trophies, because unless I play like a god and hit 7000, the rewards are not nearly as enticing as the draft chest, with the exception of the added gems.
The Draft chest rewarded players for being 4000+ and encouraged veterans to keep pushing each season to higher trophies, even if they weren't pro players that could go beyond 5000 - because the draft chest reward was substantial even in Challenger 3+ (with the increasing chance of guaranteed legendary and more epic cards).
Now we receive more gold and that seems to be about it - but only if we are hitting very high trophy counts. I have already played in 5000+ and the trophy ladder changes obviously reduce as you scale further into the Leagues, as intended. The end result is that maybe players at 5200 all-time peak trophies previously will get to... let's be generous, 5800.
Real talk: why lie to your veteran players when we know better? Why do away with the best compensation you ever created for us to incentivize us to stay playing the game?
Sadly, I think you just removed any reason for me and countless other veterans to bother with the League system. You'll see what I mean soon, when other players start to realize it. Shame, because otherwise the update is awesome.
