If not, this is isn't about hating or being a contrarian or trolling, this is unequivocally a bad thing that is unfair and ruins the clan experience for a lot of people.

what is there to discuss can u explain? china vs usa clan both super active, on day 1 are tied on 40.000 fames than what happens? china get their midnight cooldown reset faster than usa because of time zone and USA Rip. This means dishonoring the clients especially those that put money in the game.
there's a lot to discuss. say hypothetically, i agree that there's a problem. then what? we as a team have to:
this is what i'm getting at when i say it is under discussion, we can't just remove a feature/put in a half-arsed feature quickly as that will no doubt cause more harm than good.

From a user experience point (it would call this a fundamental flaw 'in a race') you could quick fix this by making it for the time being Asia vs Asia, Europe vs Europe, etc. That should not be to much of work for the devs imho.
Then for the long term you can discus the alternative options and make a long term discission (and please let us know then when you made your discission).
unfortunately that's not a solution as clans are not region based (you can be a US based clan with chinese members etc).
there isn't really a 'quick fix' for this specific timezone situation
