[2021] Is the tornado's damage stat incorrect in the app?

Hi, I've noticed that my level 11 tornado is supposed to be doing 336 dmg per second to troops but somewhat doesn't kill the minion horde level 13 (278 hp). Does anyone have a similar experience? What is the real damage to the tornado? Thanks!
