[2020] Dear Seth/Drew/Supercell Executives please read!

Our clan #228GUC8L who has been together almost 4 years is starting to fall apart because an unknown player keeps reporting everyone for language. We are a mature clan and sometimes swear from time to time joking around between each other. We are not super vulgar or obnoxious but F bombs may come out from time to time between friends.

Our clan description clearly states it's an adult clan and the game has a built-in chat filter for the more sensitive players. This unknown "rat" keeps causing our players to be temporarily banned over and over again. These are good max players at 7k cups and 300+ war wins. Many of us have spent hundreds of dollars in the game, probably tens of thousands of dollars collectively and this "rat" is ruining the game for us. We are a semi-elite group who takes this game pretty serious on both ladder and war. I am now starting to lose my core group of players because some little kid with no life and attention issues thinks it's funny to keep banning people.

Supercell support has been completely useless. They will not give out any information about this "rat" because of privacy issues nor will they remove this player from our clan or offer any solution. Other then watching every single word we say to each other and not ever swearing (which wouldn't be fun either) what can be done to fix this problem? Some are on their last ban and have already left. How is this player who probably submits dozens of reports a day not violating TOS by causing bottlenecks in the ticketing system? I have asked support to escalate this issue along with about 10 other Co-leaders in the clan but nobody will do anything about it or let me speak to a manager.

This problem is ruining the game for a lot of good players that Supercell should care about.
