So, last season, I noticed my best season listed was not in fact my best season. I has previously reached ultimate champion and in that season, I placed highest rank I had ever done before. I opened a query with supercell. I wrote very professionally and nicely asking about this problem and to provide clarity. They responded with a general answer and it required follow questions in order to actually get an answer. Again, very nicely, I asked another question, and then the response was that they already covered it and closed the conversation.

In my experience, when you are speaking to a customer service specialist for most businesses when you are inquiring about and issue, they will not just end dialogue with the customer unless you are yelling or cuss at them or push them to the end. This is true for telephone support and online live chat, in my experience. Just closing the chat is incredibly rude based on the circumstances.

But I let it go. Maybe I was not understanding something. I decided to wait until the end of the following season. Well, lo and behold, the same problem when this season ended. I open up a new query with supercell. Again, very professionally and nicely written. They would not even provide me with a response. Just closed conversation. Keep in mind, I have not asked them a question for about an entire season’s length. I sent a follow up on why they are treating me this way and to please let me speak to a supervisor. They again closed conversation with no response.

I just did some research online right now and was somewhat able to find the answer to my question. But that is not the point. They should have provided an answer. And if they do not know, say you do not know. And also, do not just end conversation. That is akin to hanging up the phone in someone’s face.

I had a similar issue is the past where I had completed grand challenge but never received the badge. I opened up a query and they would just insist that everything was working as intended. No, everything was not working as intended. Unless intended is screwed up. I finished grand challenge at least 6 times and did not have the badge. When I would try to explain this to them they would just end the conversation. It is very strange behavior.

Anyways, I am ranting now. I put some decent money in this game. Maybe $5-10 a month since the game came out. This is no way to treat your customers.

Can anyone else share if their have had negative experience such as mine?

If anyone does not believe me about my politely written query’s and think there must be more to the story, I can provide screenshots.
