[2020] P2P player here! Does anyone know if this lucky draw will cost more than the legendary lucky draws? Thanks :)

From what i know , you'll have to get the weapon from the lucky draw first , then you'll need some sort of lvlup card for it to upgrade it to further levels which would be in Crates i think.
