Change to damage values in MP February 2025?

I'm not sure if I'm losing my mind or not so I've come to the community for help.. I've been playing mobile for over 5 years now (I'm legendary rank on both modes with a 4.47 k/d) and have never experienced this... FYI I play on either Note 20 Plus or Tab S9 FE. I haven't played much these last few weeks as I got PS5 and BO6 for Christmas, but in the few times I've played since I hadn't notice this until this past weekend (2/22/25). My first game Saturday I almost reported the whole team for cheating because I was hitting them but nothing was happening. I play almost exclusively with the PP19 Bizon or the Hades and it was taking almost half a clip to take people down. I also like to run with my melee on small maps, and my knife would take 2 hits tops and I had to knife the guy 4 times to get him down. I also noticed the few weapons that use to say one hit kill no longer do. I've been pouring throught the season 2 patch notes and can't find anything that would explain the different values. I always play with hit numbers. I was going through some of the my older clips to see if I was going crazy, but I was getting 10-15 damage with a chest shot and now it's only 2 or 3. The notes say the bizon got a buff but headshots are coming up lower as well than they did before. I got in 1v1 with a friend last night to test some things and it took 9 headshots (damage value 10) to take him down and all but 3 bullets to the chest to take him down. The gun details say at 10m or less it should be 30 for a headshot. I got close enough to slap him and it still took 5 headshots to take him down. I cannot find anything online for season 2 about this. I guess there's were some issues with the season one patch in January but the season 2 patch supposedly took care of it. If this is the new way (which is alright I guess because they were pretty easy to mow down before) my next question is despite changing the attachements around I can't get my hit damage even close to what they are saying now. I've also been playing with different guns and can't find one that's as zippy as my bizon use to be. It does kind of suck because I use to be able to take 3 players down in the same time it now take to get 1 player down. Not sure what's going on with Activation but between warzone mobile's incrediable sh*tty graphics and now this I'm feel like I'm out of a go to mobile game option because I listened over the voice chat last night to someone explaining how to use the hit hack to kill them quicker. So great more cheaters.. Thank in advance for any info you guys may have.
