Anyways, we have been looking at this post and your discussions but are at point where we can't figure out anything without some details from you if you don't mind. Primarily:

  • Your player ID (which should be public and safe to share here, but feel free to PM)
  • Region (as detailed as you wish to be, but also probably better to share in PM)
  • Start date, like did this start immediately after the in-game update prior to Season 6 launch?

Also, if you send that via pm could you please reply back here still and let us know? We get quite a lot of PMs and we'd like to immediately find yours so we can share that info back with our team to investigate. Appreciate you taking the time and sorry you are running into this type of issue.

Edit - Thank you to the many many players who responded!! We shared this info back with our team who is investigating this and looking for a fix.
