Heya, are you still running into this issue and have you tried anything already to fix it? Some basic options would be:
- Restarting the device
- Logging out of your account manual and relogging back in (your apple Account)
- Logging into your Apple account and check notifications/updates to see if there is account information that requires an update
- Try logging in both on Wifi and off of Wifi (data) to see if it makes any difference
