Heya, are you still running into this issue and have you tried anything already to fix it? Some basic options would be:

  • Restarting the device
  • Logging out of your account manual and relogging back in (your apple Account)
  • Logging into your Apple account and check notifications/updates to see if there is account information that requires an update
  • Try logging in both on Wifi and off of Wifi (data) to see if it makes any difference

Thanks everyone! We are pretty sure we have a fix for this and are deploying it soon here. Hang tight a little bit longer and hopefully it will be resolved.
