- Accessible Sword – Since Season 3 launched there has been a frequent request for some form of free sword. We made a mistake originally and said there was one coming in a credit store update, but it turned out to be an error and we apologize. Since then, our teams have been looking for a good opportunity to provide a free/earnable path to a Hachi through seasonal challenges or events. Since everything is locked in advance we have yet to been able to find a way to do that, but we are still working towards that goal and hope to help with this request.

They made a mistake with their wording they are aware we want one and they are looking to add a free one in the future but it was never going to be an instant thing because content is planned out months in advance. It’s like how kids try to suggest content for next season, it’s useless because next season and the season after are already planned out. We might see it next season or the next one idk it depends how far they have planned and how it fits into their roadmap. Just be patient.
We remember too and we appreciate you jumping in to defend our words there. Truthfully, it is very similar to what you said. Content is planned out way in advance and when we saw this as a kind of "miss" for us (a free sword in a sword heavy season) we tried to find a way to make it happen anyways. In the end, we couldn't find a way to forcefully insert it without ruining or breaking, from a technical perspective, some events or other things that were already planned. However, we still think about it and we know there is still a demand for it, even now.
