Never experienced this bug yet. Not that am saying it's not there. Probably it's affecting specific devices... You could probably tell the devs the device that you are using and it's current OS so that they can look into it if they see it

Speaking of exactly that, OP or u/MATTH4CK if you've run into this consistently in a repeatable way please let us know how and what device you are on. We've asked our teams to check this one probably a dozen times now and it is extremely hard to reproduce.
We would love to fix this one since it has been around for so long, but at this point it only seems possible if someone finds a way to make it happen consistently (or at least frequently) and with one specific device we can check.
