External link →I’ve been telling everyone on some post that you still get the stun baton shards it just converts it to tokens, cuz you’ve already claimed the baton,(I have baton already and claimed it a day ago ish, like day in a half ago) and I opened 8 cache crates in that time after baton claimed and gotten like 60 tokens and only 3 shards of amax, 2 shards and 1 shard but the rest 10 tokens, so it’s most likely duplicating the baton and turning it to tokens,
I bet they removed your post to hide the truth. But in other words we still have 5 months ish to complete amax legendary, so I think what they did is once you’ve claimed 1 of the 2 legendary and when one of the leggies are done it’ll just convert the rest to tokens, once season reset that prolly the cache crates will be reworked a little, cuz it’s also pissing me off how I grind everyday and only get tokens 90% of the time, heck I don’t need it cuz I have all the junk you can get with the tokens, no one cares bout this part but I got all the junk even the 10 XP weapon cards cuz I have soo much tokens 😭 (global server player here if anyone wondering)
(Edit guy under my comment thinks both legendaries last a year when it’s only 6 months before they replace the legendaries for 2nd half of year(6months)

I had 3 people say I’m lying about the dates, this is accurate and this is what I’ve seen/heard for the whole codm community, (am I wrong or are these dates accurate)
We haven't announced any end dates or timing for any of these, so for everyone sharing this please note this is entirely based on speculation. The whole system is new, so the team is trying to regularly check in and adjust it, which could mean the timing of how long things or the timing of how long until new weapons will arrive.
Heya, not sure what happened to the original post, but we have been looking into all of the feedback about what happens after you start unlocking these in relation to shards + tokens. Appreciate all of the threads like this since it makes it easier to share a wide array of thoughts, especially when everyone agrees with each other.
