[2021] Alex - Bounty Hunter’s Voice is in default voice (Special Ops 1 voice), while the Default Alex has his own voice.

Hey there! Thank you for the report on this one. Alex - Bounty Hunter should definitely have Alex's voice done by Chad Michael Collins, so this is a bug. We'll send it along to the team to checkout!
