the other person that mentioned the operator being bugged was right, i changed the operator i was using and it stopped crashing. no problems since.
A known issue with the No Morals Operator Skin for Lucas causing DEV ERROR 5573 is on our radar. We have a Fix Scheduled for a future game update.
