Not like the devs will see this, but I wanted to voice my opinion anyway!
Really in love with Arms Race! Ironically, it reminds me a lot of what I used to love about playing BF3/4 Conquest. Playing more strategically, the larger maps, vehicles to watch out for. I really love the mechanic of eliminating objectives as time goes on, and the mini-destruction mechanics for breaking down base walls is fun. Defending and attacking are both really enjoyable!
I do have a few suggestions, though! I'll try and keep them brief:
Nebula Crate Drops Can Be Extremely One-Sided
I'm not sure what the spawning algorithm for the crates is, but one issue I've run into a few times is that one team can consistently keep getting it dropped right outside their bases. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a system to "favor" the losing team, but it can just be downright frustrating if your team is playing so well and 3 bad spawns of nebula crates loses the match for you
Launching a Nebula Rocket from a Contested Objective
Being able to launch a nebula rocket by delivering it to an objective that's currently being contested feels a bit weird. I think preventing contested objectives from using the crate would add another level of strategy.
Snipers
The anti-tank rifle requires little-to-no skill to use effectively. Believe me, I use it! I'm in love with the long-ranged map layout, but as matches goes on and teams resort to solely sniping, the tension turns into frustration.
Final Push Can Easily Turn Into a Stalemate
When fighting for the final objective I ran into a situation where my team was aggressively assaulting the enemy's base, and repeatedly almost captured it (The bar was quite literally at 95~99% for about 2~3 minutes straight). However, we kept getting contested by the sheer rate at which the enemy team was spawning. I'm not quite sure what to suggest to fix this issue, but there was nothing unusual about the circumstances by which it occurred. I can only imagine the longer this mode is out, the more frequently situations like this will happen where it's physically impossible for the losing team to win during the final objective because it's contested.
More Maps, Please!
Obviously the game mode just came out, but please consider releasing more maps in the future! I think this mode is awesome, and would love to see more support! I'd also love to see maps add more unique mechanics, vehicles, etc! Maybe more defense structures on bases, or something of the sort!
