[2022] Artifacts are broken, most times calling them does nothing, even if charged. I had this glitch last night.

I'm playing on series X, and constantly running into a glitch where I call on my artifact, but nothing happens. This is especially common later into a match. I have read posts from months ago about this issue, and I just wanted to bring it to attention, artifacts are broken. Please can we have them fixed?
