[2022] Activision Support Clueless

Reached out to Activision support yesterday to look into Padmavati (still) not leveling up for me. It has been like this since launch. The guy responed that the progress does not save if you leave the match before it's over. This is not true. At all. Activision support actually typed that in an email and sent it to one of their players. I sent a video where I let Zombies kill me so the game ended organically to show that she did not level up and they told me it's "being looked into" and that they're aware of it. Which I have no reason to believe. I feel like they just don't know a fix / what to do about it.
