Is anyone else having a problem with controller vibration when playing vanguard multiplayer? When I respawn my controller won't stop vibrating until I slide to stop it. Seems to happen when I die whist firing an the enemy. Wasn't doing this at the weekend and my console is new with a new controller. Tried clearing the cache and updating the controller but no joy.
