[2021] Max ammo resets the PAP'd DIE upgrades to standard ammo counts

Hard for me to take a video of this but this is a bug occurring every time a max ammo is picked up. Electrobolt goes from 600 to 400, and the same for all other pap'd variants.

edit: The D.E.A.D Joltsurge resupplies from Mule Kick ammo drops. No idea if they meant for that or not. Also only goes up to 400 and assumes that's full

edit edit: Using Aether Shroud depletes your ammo? Is this a bug or intentional?
