XP rate broken and treyarch doesn't even know it??

So basically as anyone out here is saying there is this annoying xp rate sh*t, and in my case i cannot prestige, cause i will not go from lvl 55 to lvl 1 knowing that i will get no xp. The point is that treyarch nor ravensoftware nor activision stated a single word about this. Even in this trello this bug is not listed: https://trello.com/b/rS9clInx/black-ops-6-treyarch-raven . What are you guys doing in this situation? doing criticals with no xp gain is just making me feel bad ngl.
