[2021] The Season 5 update has DESTROYED the Apply Blueprint feature. My attachments and Pack-a-Punch level were completely removed from my XM4 and Hauer, and I somehow ended up with 5 guns.

It definitely isn't an exact process. It's a mix of trending issue, severity, and also a matter if a dev team member says "hey, put this on there." Normally I need context from our team to know if we fully understand the issue and have a fix lined up.
