I own Blackcell through the vault edition, but I don't have any access to the operators or any instant unlock stuff. It gave me the 55 tier skips but that's it. No COD points, no new operator or haymaker blueprint. I've tried redownloading the game but nothing changed. Any advice on what I can do?
