I hopped on to see if this has been fixed in the latest update, but nope... The total is still 389. This can easily be fixed by providing one attribute point at level 1.

External link →Strange. We booted up a fresh game, insta-levelled a character to level 60 and he had 390 Attribute Points. Screenshot below for proof:
