Hello

Because Funcom don´t answer any of my e-mails I will try my luck here.

Some well known garbage Players are always coming back to the game. They are harassing everybody on the server with very offensive language, abusing glitches, duping and server crashing. It´s not normal trash talking anymore. For example, one of the players already go banned for 3 times for building swastika buildings on the map, Scripting and such stuff. Ofc their steam profile is always level 1 with 2 friends.... They can easily come back because you can use family sharing. Family Sharing is the worst invention of steam. Nobody use it for their family! Most player of other games only use it for their friends. And in this game they are only using it for this sh*t players. They don´t give a f*ck about get banned, bc they can easily make a new account.

So funcom, please disable family sharing for your game!

yea. they won't disable family share because of actual families (and rpers), but they could just ban an entire game license (and associated shared accounts). i guess that would require banning offenders to begin with, so never mind.

Which is what we've been doing since Summer. :)

Hey there,

We answered this question recently on this other thread.

We did disable this feature but it was done without prior notice and abruptly, affecting those who used this feature for better purposes than cheating. We rolled it back and promised we'd spend a little more time working on a more robust solution. We've been doing that since then, first with tools to determine if that feature is being abused and to block those who do from using it in the future. We're also working on ways prevent it from being used for malicious intents. Once we have more to announce about this, we'll announce it through our usual channels of communication.
