They were already killed on the PC version with the hotfix and the ones located in some sort of storage will be deleted as soon as they are placed. In order to avoid surprises, please take a note of the below:

-This wipe comes in two waves. First wave comes into effect once the critical fixes hotfix is released (On PC it's out already, on consoles once it passes cert) and covers most of the new NPCs introduced in the Anniversary patch. The second wave will affect old-time known thralls such as Vathis and will come into effect on the next hotfix after the critical fixes patch.
-It will affect official servers ONLY.
-It will affect thralls that have been put inworld or if they are put inworld after the wipe. They'll remain untouched in inventories until they're rezzed.
