[2019] (PC) Is it possible to turn a co-op game into an private server? My friends are I have invested some serious time into my co-op game and I’d prefer to not hafta start over. We don’t always get to play at the same time so it would be awesome to be able to pop in and out of our current play through.

Yes, you can. Just grab your savegame/database from the Saved folder of whoever is hosting the coop game (named game.db) and use it as the database for your online server (you might need to upload it via FTP if hosted in a remote computer). :)
