[2019] Am I the only one struggling with fps gradually dropping issue suddenly?

Hi. I've been playing Conan for like 5 month without major problem.

After last update, my FPS started to drop gradually from like 110 to 14 FOR NO REASON.

Strange thing is, when mobs attack my character or the FPS hits 14 or 13, it suddenly goes back to 110.

WHY
