[2020] Fixing the Cohorts and improving the experience for normal Houses.

Hello there, r/ConquerorsBlade!

I have written a pretty extensive piece of feedback on the Cohorts feature in this game and a suggestion on how to make them relevant and at the same time make organising Territory Wars easier to organise and less-reliant on Discord for regular Houses.

In retrospect, I think the first 4 penalties for TW-inactive players should be stricter.

I'd like you to tell me your thoughts on my proposed solution for this problem . I'll be sending the document to the devs through their Feedback Hub (Google Form) in about 5 days, hopefully in an improved state thanks to your response.

And, please, I don't want to read comments like "You can't fix the Cohorts because they will always be sh**" or something. Be constructive and think how you would solve this issue.
