[2020] I didn't receive my battle pass, what to do? (Steam)

Like stated above, I just bought the Battle Pass via steam shop but I can't seem to find anything to activate for my character.

Obviously I should ask customer support but I figured that asking here first couldnt hurt, maybe I just missed it or something.

Edit: Problem solved, I just had to wait for an hour or two

Be sure to go to https://conqblade.com/en/inventory and login using the steam button option you should have the battle pass there to send it to your character, if its not there you will need to contact our support team to investigate this further.
