Hi there, so I've been banned from conquerors blade discord(EU) since last year (been 6 months+)and didn't try to get back to the discord since then. Fast forward this month, I started playing the game again and wanted to get back so I reached out to support. And their support was well, not helpful.
At first, they tell me it is out of their jurisdiction then after further questioning, they ask me to contact one of the community managers which I DO but its been more than a week and CM has yet respond to my messages. Growing impatient I contact support again and they tell me to contact this other community manager, whom i fail to contact (note all of this is through discord and they don't provide me any email). I fail to establish contact with this other community manager, probably because he has "receive friend request from strangers off" and get back to support about this with a screenshot of discord not allowing me to contact the CM. And you know what support says? They tell me straight "If you cannot send a PM to our community managers, this means that you cannot appeal your suspension".
So what now? Is it my fault that the first CM won't reply to me and the second one's unreachable? .I'm just baffled at their support service. And honestly speaking I am now afraid of replying in fear of getting permanently banned by some guy at support who's had a bad day. So now why am I posting this here? Posting this in the hopes that someone of proper authority may see this and also let the other players know how subpar their support is.
Also to clear some questions you may have, I was warned 4 times prior to my ban. First, two of those were for my inappropriate names,3rd one was because I posted a picture without blurring player names which can be considered name shaming under certain contexts. And the final nail came in because I wrote: "can we have more blood and corpses lying on the ground" in discord. Now as much as I would like to say otherwise I did break the rules and got what I deserved period. That said I feel like I deserve a second chance and have suffered enough.

edit: The final warning came with the "name shaming", "can we have more blood and corpses lying on the ground" came in as the 3rd. Sorry for the confusion
Edit2: My first name was (Negromancer) which was my current ingame name. Second name was (My.comisbad).
Edit3: Thanks for helping bring this enough attention, got in touch with a CM so problem solved.
