[2022] Textures are not loading, help

Hard to explain this but ive uninstalled the game and reinstalled it around 3 times but it wont fix this issue. My textures just load at a REALLY slow pace, or just dont load at all, ive checked task manager to see if my cpu was maxed out or my ram but everything is fine. I've tried turning graphics down to as low as it can go, it doesn't help. That means every texture, my character, map just everything, although it was working perfectly fine yesterday.

I hope someone knows how to fix this..
