i've updated the Steam Cookie Clicker beta to 2.051! to try it, just right-click the game in your library, select Properties, then pick the public test branch in the Betas menu! this uses its own save slot, separate from your live one. let me know if everything works okay! http://pbs.twimg.com/media/FsZ-IjHWABAZcrA.png

if it stays stuck on a previous version you can try and force an update by going to Local Files > Verify integrity of game files! i'm gonna go work on the mobile update for a bit now! thank you!
