is the new duolingo patch objectively bad or is this a case of "i started on the previous version so this new update is alien and scary to me"

no more little lesson icons and it feels like they took out all the "you can learn previous lessons more in depth at your own pace" nonlinearity out of it. also the lesson order got way jumbled up i already learned those prepositions months ago

@mothcub_ i do not have a linear brain!! if i'm learning about past participles i want the option to take a break and learn new words for food instead!! if i'm not doing 53 things simultaneously how can i possibly pay attention
