Campaign

• Fixed a bug where strongholds would sometimes lose a level after a server restart
• When items are prevented from moving due to campaign restrictions, you should now get more explicit messaging to indicate what the issue is

UI

• When selling to a vendor you do not own, you should now be able to drag to any slot (regardless of its contents) to sell the item.

Duelist

• Duelist Ambush power now has hit sounds

Knight

• Updated Knight Block description to enumerate the types of crowd control effects that are prevented

Disciplines

Smoldering Hatred 
Smoldering Hatred orbs no longer appear directly underneath your target
