[2021] 6.510 TEST Bug Reports for 3/30/2021

This was something we noticed in internal testing as well, however didn't have enough time to get the fixes in before everything went to Test. The UI group is going to tweak the default speed between pip rolls, and we will put in a power user option to bypass it completely for those who want.
More polish work is on the way!
