Fixed an issue that was causing some players to not receive their Campaign Rewards from the Shadow Campaign

Added a toggle to enter / exit “Placement Mode” to turn on / off showing the interact for picking up buildings.  This should prevent the highlight and interacts displaying when you’re near / inside a placeable you own.
