Character Deletion

If a character is not locked to an embargo world:
When a character is being deleted, put all items and disciplines that are equipped or in the character’s inventory into the Account Vault with normal overflow rules.

If a character is locked to an embargo world:
When a character is being deleted, put all items and disciplines that are equipped or in the character’s inventory into the World Bank with normal overflow rules.

• Any vessels consumed by the character are deleted (i.e. if the character has upgraded to a green vessel.)
• Deletion will be prevented if the deleted items would put the bank into overflow (unless the character is locked to an embargo world that is completed)
