Fixed an issue that sometimes caused stuttering due to map events

- Fixed a bug where the player indicator on the map would sometimes far above or below the map surface
Chat
- Chat Tabs can now be shared across all Chat Windows, able to be added or removed to any Chat Window.
- Chat commands persist when switching tabs using /
