Chat

• Changed the sorting of the right-click and add tab menus so that they sort on top of other UI that's stacked on the chat window being used.
• Added tooltips to the chat panel side buttons
• Fixed quest messages logging with incorrect spacing in chat
• /emote list, /emote help, and invalid emote entries will display properly now. You can also cycle through to the emote channel

• Newly acquired quests will default to being tracked if there aren't already 3 tracked quests.
