Did the recent update break twitch mode?

Title.

I came back to this game after good 5-6 month break when versus dropped. I had plenty of fun on versus, but wanted to start twitch shenigans again (peak gameplay IMO), but i can't connect to any streams.

I used stream called "monstercat" before, but it seems to be ded now. So i went ahead and tried bunch of other 24/7 streams, but i always get good 30s of connecting loop, only for it to give "something went wrong when connecting to twitch" msg.

I did google a lot, but dint get any recent post related to this, only stuff from around 6 months ago when there was some problems, but they got fixed to my understanding?
