[2021] Move the crown cosmetic to be included in your helmet slot so that it can be tied to loadouts

This makes a lot more sense and allows players to use more than 1 crown. Having so many crowns is kind of ruined by only being able to use 1 at a time across all of your outfits. Head slot should just have 2 override options: one for helmet and one for head ornament.

I care much less about this but to give players even more freedom in expressing themselves, the same could be done for flares, banners, and even character appearance (some of these seem a bit overboard or unnecessary, but you get my point). I bet more people would buy flares, banners, and hair/face stuff if this was implemented.

Please, though. Let's at least do the crowns.
