[2022] Have devs ever commented on more appearance items like crowns being tied to loadouts?

Basically things from "Slayer Appearance" in the menu. Would be great if things like flares, crowns, and face paints could be different for each loadout.

I'm not sure if this is not possible due to the game engine, or if it's an idea they aren't interested in doing or what. If anyone knows of any developer comments or tweets on the subject I'd be interested to know.
