Did going with epic make them soulless? I want to say it's me but I see threads of things just not working often right now I can't file for any support. But I had noticed in the past how they removed some things that were paid in the game does that mean we're just sol because support doesn't work, and their page says "no refunds for any reason" basically. Plus it looks like they barely interact with fans now.
