Did a policy recently change? Me and friends have been told multiple times that once we spend our plat there’s no way PXHL can refund it and that we would have to talk to Sony. Can we open up old tickets and get refunds now for similar situations or does it just depend on which support person we get?
To be clear: we cannot refund money, but we can refund platinum. So for this we would refund the platinum back to the account, but not the $. Hopefully that makes sense <3
