[2021] Could there please be another way of gaining Aetherhearts?

I cant be the only one whos burnt out with the current system?

You gotta reforge a weapon to get one heart to power surge a peice of gear. The kicker being you have to reforge a weapon EVERYTIME you want to power surge gear.

I understand a game needs to have a certain amount of grind but this is silly.

Im suggesting that aetherhearts be added as a rare drop chance from high tier escalations or added as a very rare drop chance somewhere in the game. Considering that alot of gear needs these hearts, I think it would be nice to have this alternate way to get the
