External link →Transmog stone change has been openly discussed for a very, *very* long time now. Devs have stated that a transmog stone change is coming very soon. Recently, on a post in this subreddit, bunhead even stated that the change is likely to come either next patch (0.9.3) or patch 0.10.0

What the change is is not confirmed, but the general sentiment is that it would be exactly this, as huntpasses stopped giving x5 stones per stone rewards, and instead started giving x1 stones per stone rewards.
